Green Project Spotlight - Middle East - Purification Vessels
A Middle East chemical plant needed themal insulation for their Brine Super Purification Columns which were being installed at their facility. The team for the U.A.E. Nansulate® Distributor NanoFan did the application of Nansulate® on the carbon steel vessels to provide thermal insulation that stands up to the Middle East humidity and also provides UV and corrosion resistance. The application consists of four coats - Nansulate® High Heat in three coats and a final finish coat of Nansulate® Top Coat.
Mr. S. Razavi of Nanofan explained that the Chemical company chose Nansulate® for this project to prevent corrosion, stop corrosion under insulation (CUI) and most importantly to save energy and money.
