What is Nansulate®

Nansulate® coatings are a patented technology by Industrial Nanotech, Inc. that utilize a nanomaterial with an extremely low thermal conductivity. This material allows the coatings to effectively inhibit heat transfer in a thin layer.

Nansulate® is an advancement to the traditional concept of insulation, providing alternative solutions for sustainability and energy efficiency. A benefit of a thin film insulation is that the material does ot rely on thickness as a function of its insulating abilty, and thus compression does not reduce its effectiveness. Nansulate® also provides a health benefit by not harboring moisture, dust, mold or dirt, which are factors that reduce traditional insulation's effectivness over time and decrease air quality.

Nansulate® HomeProtect ClearCoat has a clear, matte finish, and can be applied to a variety of exterior and interior surfaces. HomeProtect is non-toxic and does not contain any potentially harmful anti-fungal agents. HomeProtect Clear Coat has a higher insulating ability than HomeProtect White.

Coverage Rate: 150 S.F. per gallon @ 3 coats (recommended coverage). Actual coverage rate may vary depending on surface texture
