Another best product award for Nansulate(R)

| No TrackBacks
On Wednesday, March 25th, we were the proud recipients of another 2008 product award. I met with Fred Chandler from Hanley Wood, publishers of Building Products Magazine, as well as several other publications for remodelers, architects and builders. He presented us with the Building Products Top 100 Award for Nansulate® HomeProtect Clear Coat. This makes three awards (and counting) now for our revolutionary technology. Nansulate® was also presented with a 2008 Best Product award in the Energy Efficiency category by BUILDERnews Magazine, and a 2008 Best Products Award from Qualified Remodeler's Magazine.

Nansulate® HomeProtect Clear Coat came in at number 34 on the top 100 list. Mr. Chandler explained that it was quite an honor to even be at #100 on their list, because it represents literally thousands of products that have run in four of their main publications over the course of the year. Industrial Nanotech now stands among companies such as Rheem and Sharp, past award recipients, and Nansulate® continues to gain recognition in the architectural, remodeler, and builder communities.

We had an interesting discussion regarding the green building market. Mr. Chandler attended a green building trade show last fall, and he exclaimed that just as you thought the building contractor and architectural markets would be rather dour, the buzz and energy at the show was incredible. He said that everyone was excited and thirsty for knowledge about energy saving and green building products and techniques. We both believe that green building will become the norm for all building in the very near future. And we at Industrial Nanotech know that Nansulate® will be at the top of the list of products most utilized.

Greetings, NanoPioneers!

I'm sure that you've all been following the news about the new American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 - otherwise known as the Stimulus Package. A main component of that package is money for energy saving initiatives. A few pertinent areas included in the Act are:

$53.6 billion that will provide, among other things, funds to governors for use in restoring and providing state funding to school districts, of which roughly $9 billion of this fund will be available for use by governors to address items which may include school modernization, renovation and energy efficiency.

$5.5 billion to the federal General Services Administration (GSA) for federal buildings, including $4.5 billion for measures to make GAS facilities "high-performance green buildings".

$5 billion for the Federal Weatherization Assistance Program, which provides assistance to low-income families in weatherizing and improving the energy efficiency of their homes.

$3.2 billion for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program which was established in 2007 to provide support to states, localities and tribal governments for energy efficiency and conservation programs and projects.

$2.25 billion for federally-assisted housing, of which $250 million is for funding of green and energy retrofitting investments in assisted housing

We know that in any and all of the above mentioned areas, Nansulate(R) can provide a huge cost savings for federal, state and local governments, not to mention the individual home owners of those governments.

With sustainable building and energy efficiency being a major topic by the Obama Administration and state governments across the United States, the time is right for a grassroots campaign to make them aware that Nansulate(R) exists, it's affordable, and it is available right NOW to start saving energy dollars (and tax payer dollars) in public buildings, schools and homes everywhere.

We are initiating a Call to Action with a new NANOPIONEER CHAIN REACTION campaign. We at Industrial Nanotech are beginning an awareness campaign for all state governors that includes mailings, phone calls and a press release about our initiative. But our Governors Blitz has an important element required for success, which is YOU!

Please assist us in causing a chain reaction that will increase awareness for the energy saving solution that Nansulate provides by sending a letter to your local governor. Download the PDF copy to sign and mail or copy the text from our letter into your own email to send to your local governor. We all know how important chain reactions are to science, and the same is true for messages of awareness. Through our combined efforts we can make a significant impact on energy use in America and reducing energy costs for government and individuals.

Thank you for being part of our cause for energy savings!
