Subject: Nansulate® Around the Globe - Around the Clock - UPDATE: Textile factory - Total energy solution for facility and equipment

Last month we posted photos of an application at a large textile manufacturing plant in Turkey. This client is utilizing Nansulate® for a complete energy upgrade and not only coating equipment such as dyeing machines, steam pipes and heat exchangers with Nansulate® High Heat and Nansulate® EPX, but they are also coating the exterior walls of their plant facility with Nansulate® Translucent GP in order to reduce energy used for heating and cooling the factory building. This applications shows how versatile Nansulate® technology is by being used as a complete energy solution for facility and equipment.

Application is done on the exterior of the building with Nansulate® Translucent GP which provides the combination of thermal insulation, mold resistance and UV resistance.:

In the photos below application is done on dyeing machines and other textile equipment with Nansulate® High Heat as a base coat followed by a Special Order color - a grey version of Nansulate® EPX:

Nansulate® provides a unique benefit to textile and other manufacturers, who many times have equipment that cannot be insulated by any other means. The coatings also stand up well in high humidity environments, and are not infiltrated by moisture. Nansulate® EPX provides added chemical and flame resistance in addition to the thermal insulation and corrosion protection.
