|
Uninsulated steam distribution and condensate return lines are a constant source of wasted energy. The Department of Energy (DOE) had a helpful table that shows typical heat loss from uninsulated steam distribution lines. According to the DOE, insulation can typically reduce
energy losses by up to 90% and help ensure proper steam pressure at plant equipment.
Nansulate® to the Rescue!
Insulate with Nansulate® thermal barrier and protective coatings to easily reduce process steam energy costs AND prevent corrosion and corrosion under insulation (CUI).
|
Heat Exchangers & Boilers
Durable, high heat coatings to insulate heat exchangers, boilers and associated equipment
Corrosion Prevention
Coatings for external corrosion protection and elimination of corrosion under insulation
Food Manufacturing
NSF registered coatings for sensitive food manufacturing areas, low odor, mold resistant
Pipelines, Pipes & Tanks
Acrylic and epoxy solutions to protect pipelines, pipes and tanks
Building Energy Performance
Clear coatings for walls, brick walls, ceilings, and windows to increase energy efficiency of plant facility buildings and offices |
